Account and sign-in
Tell us whether you use Google sign-in or email code sign-in. Never send passwords or authentication codes.
Billing and subscriptions
Include the email associated with your Ambient Studio account and a brief description of the billing issue. Do not send full card numbers.
Bug reports
Include the Studio or feature, what you expected, what happened instead, whether it repeats, and any steps that reproduce it.
Privacy requests
Email support with Privacy Request in the subject line for access, correction, deletion, or privacy-related questions.
Security reports
Email support with Security Report in the subject line. Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Before you send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, login codes, full payment-card details, provider API keys, or other credentials in support messages.
